Job Summary

The DC Operations Manager is responsible for managing inbound, warehouse, outbound, transportation, and office operations within a distribution center. Responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, managing personnel, evaluating work methods, driving continuous improvement, coaching and developing associates, ensuring safety standards, and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, problem-solving skills, customer focus, effective communication, strategic planning, relationship building, and stress tolerance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for bachelor's degrees in relevant fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree concentrating in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
  • Previous change management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to be on-call at various times
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be open to relocation
