Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day management of the Mexico, Missouri Distribution Center, overseeing inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, labor planning, and facility operations. Execute strategic initiatives from the Director of Distribution & Logistics while acting as the second-in-command to ensure operational continuity during absences. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipping, driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process simplification. Lead a high-performing team by coaching supervisors, managing recruitment, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety that complies with OSHA regulations. Partner with Finance, Merchandising, and HR to manage operating budgets and support company growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years progressive distribution center leadership experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple supervisors and large hourly workforces
- Demonstrated success leading multi-functional distribution center operations
- Experience managing productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, labor planning, and customer service performance
- Experience leading operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong financial acumen, including labor planning, budgeting, and operational cost management
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Made4Net preferred), ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Shopify, Navar, and reporting tools
