Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at The Home Depot leads maintenance functions in a distribution center, overseeing 7 direct reports and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to maximize productivity and control expenses. Responsibilities include coaching and developing associates, promoting a safety-centered culture, managing facility repairs and equipment installation, reviewing maintenance and quality reports to plan cost-effective improvements, and ensuring contractor bids and compliance with safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Travel to support operations is expected (overnight 5%-20%). Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree with facilities management and prior change-management experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and cross-functional teamwork.
