Job Summary
Distribution Center Loader responsible for staging, shrinking wraps, and loading products by trip/store numbers, preparing palletized loads for shipment, ensuring correct parts are on the right trucks, and maintaining safe handling and storage. Operates pallet jack or forklift, inspects trailers, maintains clean work area, and performs additional duties as assigned; requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs with mechanical aids; basic computer skills and strong attention to detail; punctual attendance and safety compliance are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent work experience required
- Forklift certified preferred
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers (visually and aurally)
- Basic computer APGJCe skills
- Able to lift and move merchandise up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs with aids
