Job Summary
Stage, shrink-wrap, and load products onto pallets and trucks; prepare palletized loads for shipment; inspect trailers for suitability; ensure correct parts are placed on the correct truck and map out loading of customer orders; operate pallet jack or forklift; maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage; keep work area clean; pull stock orders as needed; assist with processing other DC shuttles; follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent work experience required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 60 lbs
- Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs with mechanical aids
- Able to bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and reach shelves up to eight feet with stool or ladder
