Job Summary
Distribution Center Loader responsible for staging, shrink-wrapping, and loading products onto pallets for shipment, inspecting trailers, ensuring correct parts are loaded for delivery, and building pallets safely. Duties include operating a pallet jack or forklift, maintaining product integrity through proper handling, keeping work areas clean, pulling stock orders as needed, assisting with processing DC shuttles, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification preferred, reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs, and basic computer skills. Located in Miami, FL; in-person role with standard warehouse responsibilities and safety expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent work experience required
- Forklift certified preferred
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers (both visually and aurally) and remembering their sequence
- Basic computer APGJCe skills
- Able to lift and move merchandise of up to 60 lbs.
- Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using mechanical aids
- Able to bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and reach shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder
- Must be able to get in and out of the back of truck with parts while using a ramp
- Stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to operate a pallet jack or forklift
