Distribution Center Lead

Lead the scheduling and work performance of hourly team members in a Distribution Center, oversee daily inventory tasks (including push lists, cycle counts, inbound receipts, and storage), maintain accuracy and organization of the warehouse, and support cross-functional partners to ensure safety, quality, and compliant operations. Responsibilities include supervising and developing team members, communicating inventory issues in regular meetings, maintaining SAP re-processing, and ensuring tasks align with standards. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced production environment, ability to perform and teach all positions within the department, and support for other warehouse functions as needed.
