Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned warehouse shifts and associates as a player-coach, monitoring and assisting warehouse duties related to warehousing, transportation, safety, and inventory. Lead efforts to implement efficient work procedures, manage inventory transactions, reinforce SEAL Operating Systems for productivity and service excellence, train and provide feedback for team development, and collaborate with management to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
