Distribution Center Lead

Oversee and assist with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts, monitoring warehouse associates on warehousing, transportation, and safety functions. Coordinate facility maintenance, product handling equipment, and inventory control systems to ensure operational efficiency. Champion safe working conditions, enforce warehouse protocols, and implement work procedures to boost productivity and service excellence. Evaluate team performance, provide training, and record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems. Reinforce SEAL Operating Systems principles and fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Supervisor.
