Job Summary
Oversee and assist with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and warehouse associates, acting as a player-coach to monitor work related to warehousing, transportation, and safety. Coordinate all warehousing activities with management to ensure operational efficiency, evaluate team performance, and provide training to support development. Champion safe working conditions, monitor adherence to warehouse protocols, and record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems. Implement work procedures to increase productivity and improve service within the operation while reinforcing SEAL and Standard Work principles. Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED degree
- 4-6 years of related experience preferred
