Job Summary

Oversee and assist with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts, acting as a player-coach to monitor warehouse associates performing warehousing, transportation, and safety duties. Coordinate all facility maintenance, product handling equipment, and inventory control systems to ensure operational efficiency. Champion safe working conditions, evaluate team performance, provide training, and record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems. Implement work procedures to increase productivity and reinforce SEAL Operating Systems to boost service excellence while ensuring adherence to warehouse protocols and policies.

Desired Qualifications
