Job Summary
Oversee the distribution center by leading daily assignments, auditing completed work for accuracy, and coaching team members on safety procedures and operational standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment while operating equipment such as a forklift to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and complete warehouse duties. Ensure all processes, procedures, and safety regulations are met through direct supervision and team guidance. This role requires 2+ years of warehouse and forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and DOT compliance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse operations experience
- 2+ years forklift experience
- Possess a valid standard driver's license, some states may require a Class D license - No CDL required
- Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
- Ability to be insured under company driving policy
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge
