Job Summary
Acknowledge online order inquiries and route them to the correct department while picking, packing, and staging customer orders accurately. Receive and restock incoming inventory, perform scheduled cycle counts, and maintain warehouse cleanliness to ensure smooth flow from receiving to shipment. This steady role includes practical AI tools training for communication and process improvement, with growth potential for adaptable team members. Located in Kapolei, HI, the position offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, DOE, and a monthly performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Good basic computer and email skills
- Comfortable managing an inbox and learning new systems
