Job Summary
Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily orders, including picking, wrapping, and loading. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, operate automated production equipment, and safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials. Maintain cleanliness through light sanitation practices and conduct inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels. Comply with all safety rules and regulations while adhering to HACCP, safety, and regulatory guidelines. This highly physical role requires lifting up to 55 lbs and utilizing rolling ladders. Occasional overtime is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to comfortably lift and carry 55lbs multiple times per day, carry for distances of up to 100ft.
- Ability to utilize rolling 8ft rolling ladders.
- Ability to work occasional overtime.
- Basic math and writing skills.
- Functional business literacy in English.
- Basic computer experience.
- Ability to safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials and support warehouse functions.
- Use of PPE.
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for the craft brewing & malting industry is a plus.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Warehouse Management or Inventory Control software system experience preferred.
- Shipping and receiving knowledge are desirable.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- RF Experience a plus.
