Job Summary
Support accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinate warehouse and yard operations, and lead a team focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and investigate operational issues to implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across logistics, production, customer service, sales, transportation, and procurement while supporting employee onboarding, training, and performance management. This full-time, permanent role at IPEX's Clarkson Distribution Centre in Mississauga requires a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The position offers a salary range of $64,800 - $85,000 CAD annually for individuals with at least two years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Successful completion of a C-TPAT background check
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience using RF scanning technology and/or SAP
- Knowledge of C-TPAT requirements and Ontario Health & Safety legislation
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- First Aid certification
- Forklift operating experience
