Job Summary
Utilize the Warehouse Management System to fill customer orders according to priority and established timelines, while monitoring floor stock levels through replenishment and putaway activities. Load outbound freight and unload inbound trailers, wrap and stage pallets, and accurately cycle count inventory to maintain proper product handling standards. Process customer-specific value-added services and compliance requirements, ensuring a clean work environment in accordance with safety standards. This role requires forklift certification within 30 days, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with scanning equipment. Candidates must complete background checks and drug screenings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one to three months of related experience
- Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire and safely operate all distribution center forklift types
- Ability to use scanning equipment and warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, grasp, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely around forklifts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate safety footwear
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening
