Key responsibilities include staging and loading outbound trailers using best practices, ensuring accuracy of loads, and maintaining safe handling procedures. The role requires physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and involves prolonged standing, twisting, and bending. Candidates should ideally possess distribution experience, strong mathematical and organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
