Job Summary
Receive pallets to the floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate receipt by purchase order. Stage and load outbound trailers per shipping best practices, ensuring larger cartons are on the bottom and lighter ones on top. Stack library items left to right to maintain safe handling practices during unloading. Conduct operations that promote safety and comply with federal, state, and local laws while ensuring products are stored, put away, picked, and shipped accurately without damage. Maintain a clean warehouse free of debris and meet individual, team, and departmental productivity goals. This role supports RH's mission to scale taste by managing the integrated platform's logistics for luxury home furnishings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of distribution experience
- Basic mathematics and reading skills
- Strong understanding of inventory flow
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
