Job Summary
Utilize an RF scanner to pick large, heavy outbound freight while operating a forklift, riding jack, order picker, reach truck, or sit-down forklift. Assure freight is stacked safely, organized, and within guidelines while maintaining a specific production rate. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This active role involves lifting, pulling, and moving heavy duty truck parts exceeding 50 lbs, along with walking, bending, twisting, and pushing throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a RF Scanner
- Distinguish between multiple picking quantities and case counts
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate a riding jack, order picker, reach trucks and sit-down forklifts
- Must be able to lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs
- Must be able to walk, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, and push
- Must be able to work in an environment regularly exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, and noise and temperature variances
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Must be able to pass E-Verify
