Job Summary
Receive, store, prepare, and distribute finished products within the distribution center, utilizing forklift or picking equipment to unload trucks, inspect pallets, and match purchase orders to sales orders. Move materials between receiving and shipping areas, record inventory via computer programs, and perform cycle counts to research discrepancies. Read customer orders to coordinate stock fulfillment, prepare parcels for mailing using American and third-party software, and provide kitting services when needed. Ensure the facility remains safe and clean by reporting hazards and maintaining standards, while occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between colors
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally
- Forklift certification
- Forklift certification must be achieved and maintained
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
