Job Summary
Distribution Center Asset Protection Supervisor at The Home Depot leads AP and safety initiatives to minimize shrink, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA), and enhance security and safety culture. Responsibilities include conducting monthly audits, managing investigations, coordinating with security and regulatory agencies, training and coaching auditors, leading incident investigations, and developing process improvements to prevent safety incidents. The role requires overseeing data integrity and performance metrics across AP duties, maintaining security systems, and guiding a team of up to 3 direct reports. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, legal eligibility to work in the United States, 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with CCTV/digital recording devices; strong communication and MS Office skills are preferred.
