Job Summary
DC Area Supervisor leads an hourly team (20 to 30 associates) in the distribution center to ensure efficient, safe, and productive operations. Key duties include managing processes, evaluating methods, coaching and developing associates, hiring, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating hourly staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating staffing to meet production goals. The role requires strong people management, data analysis, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Travel is typically less than 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
