Job Summary
Develop and execute distribution and retail channel strategies to expand market reach; recruit and onboard new distribution partners and channel partners; manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and resellers; negotiate contracts and pricing with distribution partners; analyze market trends and competitor strategies; set sales targets and KPIs for distribution channels; provide training and support to partners; monitor channel performance and drive improvements; collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations; hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days; opportunities to work remotely from Lithuania or other locations; role supports growth in global emerging markets within the Nord Security ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in distribution, channel sales, or business development
- Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Understanding of SaaS product implementation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
