Distribution - Branch Banking Manager

Job Summary
Lead and drive branch banking sales to meet regional targets, coordinate with banks on customer inquiries and issues, and ensure timely, professional problem resolution. Provide investment guidance, present mutual fund offerings, and deliver market insights; co-host seminars with banks to upsell Eastspring products; develop and present product presentations, competitor reviews, and financial market commentaries. Present and implement the seller development plan and quarterly sales plans to Sales Head; build and maintain relationships with regional and zone managers; oversee branch operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance; leverage core and digital banking platforms to optimize processes; lead, coach, and allocate resources to branch staff to enhance customer experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferred mutual fund
- IC and IP License
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services (Deposits, Loans, SME Banking)
- Branch operations management and process optimization
- Risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Sales performance analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Core Banking systems and digital banking platforms
- Team leadership and resource allocation
