Job Summary
Interpret sales orders, pull correct products, and arrange outgoing packed orders for delivery while ensuring order pick/count accuracy. Perform quality control assessments, stack items safely in proper packaging, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and wrappers. Report discrepancies to supervisors, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and follow good manufacturing and safety practices. Handle inventory with care, lift 50 pounds as needed, and work in multi-temperature environments. Available for on-site operations Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday flexibility required. Cross-training opportunities exist within the department to align with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Strong reading and communication skills
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
