Distribution Associate I-Lenexa

Distribution Associate I at CKF Lenexa is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and delivering cabinet products and materials to customers, packaging and preparing finished stone countertops for delivery, and maintaining accurate order/delivery records. Duties include transporting loads safely, using specialized equipment when warranted, pulling products for staging, coordinating with the distribution team to ensure on-time loading, loading delivery trucks, inspecting forklifts/boom/clamps/shackles for safe operation, and maintaining cleanliness of facilities. The role requires strong customer-service skills, the ability to communicate professionally with customers, a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and at least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience. Pre-employment drug and background testing and E-Verify participation are noted, and there is emphasis on physical ability to lift over 100 lbs and to drive as required. Experience with forklift operation and delivery truck driving is preferred.
