Job Summary
Conduct order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing while verifying shipments and managing inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move materials up to 50 lbs, maintaining strict safety standards and order accuracy. Read and interpret distribution documents to ensure precise fulfillment of orders during the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/distribution environment
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred
- Experience using RF scanners for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to operate or obtain certification for an electric pallet jack
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy, shipment verification, and inventory control
- Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- General warehouse/distribution knowledge and commitment to safety
- Order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing

- RF technology and warehouse management systems
- Forklift, pallet jack, or other MHE operation
