Distribution Assistant

Sort cylinders into designated areas using a forklift and roll them off pallets. Prepare empty cylinders for return by removing caps, inspecting for damage, and connecting manifold connections to fill valves. Fill cylinders to appropriate weights following safe operating procedures, verify labels, and install protection caps. Pick up and deliver customer tanks, stock the dock with full cylinders, and conduct inventories as needed. Serve as a backup driver and respond to emergency call-ins. Perform daily forklift inspections, complete paperwork, and comply with DOT and OSHA regulations.
