Job Summary
Manage a customer portfolio by handling bookings, scheduling ground and road freight transportation, and coordinating domestic and international shipments. Provide timely documentation, ensure accurate data entry into operational systems, and track truck shipments while maintaining client billing. Solve delivery challenges autonomously and maintain relationships with suppliers while adhering to US export, dangerous goods, and company compliance standards. Perform basic warehouse activities including inventory management and operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within the logistics field or equivalent training of 2 years
- Proven organizational skills
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
