Job Summary
Packaging Technician/Distribution Services Technician on PM shift at LifeNet Health in Plainfield, IN. Responsibilities include labeling, packaging, inspection, and distribution of finished goods; pick, pack, and ship to meet daily production and shipping deadlines; use SAP, RF scanning, and TMS for inventory and distribution; receive, stock, and maintain supplies; verify labeling, packaging, and shipment readiness; document inventory transactions; identify nonconforming materials and resolve quality concerns; coordinate shipments via FedEx/UPS and internal channels; monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment; assist with audits and compliance. Must be able to sit/stand/bend/walk and lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production/warehouse experience; preferred SAP experience and background in related manufacturing or medical device/ tissue-related environments. PM shift; full-time.
