Job Summary
Distribution employee on 2nd shift responsible for shipping, receiving, order filling, line trucking and powder room duties in North and South Warehouse. Safely operate forklift and maintain SAP inventory integrity. Move finished product from production lines to cooler storage, optimize rack layouts, and perform cycle counts. Load/unload and receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies in SAP; pre-stage orders for picking; support cost accounting with variances; participate in safety and quality programs; extend hours and weekend work as needed. Must obtain/maintain forklift license, work in a cooler environment, and collaborate in a team-focused, safety-conscious warehouse setting with occasional off-site duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- English Language Skills – able to speak, read, and write
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Ability to work in a cooler environment
- Acquire and maintain Fork Truck License
- Ability to understand and enter data into SAP accurately
- Must work in a team environment
- Ability to work with all customers in an effective manner keeping customer focus in mind
- Perform all duties safely and efficiently
- Follow GMPs and QRMP requirements
