Job Summary
Lead product efforts from ideation through delivery, developing strategic roadmaps for data models and APIs while defining requirements and writing user stories. Oversee data validation, integrations, and testing implementations in collaboration with engineering leads to ensure high-performance connectivity. Present status updates to executive management, resolve resource allocation issues, and mentor the team through agile methodologies and iterative improvements. Manage concurrent requests to maintain awareness of competitive, legal, and compliance landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in Product Management in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated influence in partnerships with colleagues, teams, and clients
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with executive management for ideas and resolutions
- Strong technical background and understanding; ability to design and implement strategic API functionalities at scale
- Natural problem solver driven to push initiatives to conclusions
- Critical thinker comfortable with the unknown
- Willingness to dig deep, analyze, and understand how things work
- Data analysis experience required, with an emphasis on SQL and developing API integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
- History of customer-centric focus with quick and thoughtful problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Finance/Fintech experience is preferred, especially in Alternative Investments
- Experience in data engineering and quantitative science is preferred, but not required
