Job Summary

Architect memory/storage hierarchy for AI workloads and define data placement policies across memory tiers (DRAM, SSD, cache) to optimize paging, prefetching, and streaming for AI inference/training. Partner with software and OS/runtime teams to co-optimize models across memory/storage, enable storage-as-memory extensions, evaluate unified memory approaches, and develop long-term electrical hardware strategy roadmaps. Communicate strategy to executives and external partners, drive industry-leading R&D, mentor less-experienced staff, and influence multiple disciplines through cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Typically 12+ years of work experience in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or related field
