Job Summary
Senior technical leader to shape AI enablement strategy across OCTO and HPE Labs; responsible for defining enterprise AI standards, architecture, and governance, maturing Lab innovations into production-ready components, and leading a global team of applied AI engineers and data scientists. Drive research-to-production delivery, establish KPIs and ROI metrics, and collaborate with product, security, data engineering, and field teams to operationalize AI use cases with measurable business value. Represent HPE externally to customers and partners, mentor technical leaders, and influence senior stakeholders while maintaining a focus on scalable, secure, compliant AI systems and responsible AI guardrails. Hybrid role with an expectation of 2 days per week in an HPE office, spanning advanced AI/ML, MLOps, governance, and enterprise deployment across OpenStack, AWS, Azure, VMware, and GreenLake.
