Job Summary
Distinguished Engineer role in Capital One India Tech. Senior individual contributor leadership position spanning Capital One India Tech with responsibilities to build awareness and drive adoption of modern technologies, mentor internal talent, recruit external talent, and influence stakeholders across the enterprise. Focus on delivering next-generation technology solutions, balancing expert guidance with an inclusive environment that enables others' ideas, and championing engineering excellence. Requires deep technical expertise and broad experience across software development, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and cloud-native architectures, with a track record of shaping usage and implementation across organizational boundaries. Includes mentoring, partnerships with business leaders, and contributing to strategic technical roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
- At least 13 years of experience in software development
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud technologies
