Job Summary
Architect the blueprint for the AI runtime, including agentic workflows, complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and multi-modal reasoning engines optimized for complex technical data. Lead modeling and fine-tuning strategy by setting technical direction for model selection, domain-specific fine-tuning, and embedding strategies tailored to interpret network behaviors and security schemas. Establish AI trust, alignment, and safety by designing evaluation frameworks and runtime guardrails to ensure deterministic, audit-ready outputs for security operations. Co-architect the AI data fabric by designing high-performance feature stores, semantic indexes, and low-latency vector retrieval layers supporting real-time inference at scale. Drive R&D into production by evaluating emerging AI paradigms and translating research into production-ready software within a lean Data & AI team.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software and systems engineering experience
- 5+ years dedicated to leading and deploying complex machine learning, NLP, or deep learning systems into enterprise production environments
- Proven track record of architecting production-grade generative AI systems
- Deep, authoritative expertise in model training, alignment (RLHF/DPO), prompt compilation, and orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of distributed training and inference infrastructure
- Model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, caching)
- Cloud ML infrastructure (AWS Vertex/SageMaker, Kubernetes, or custom GPU compute stacks)
- Ability to rapidly master domain-specific security contexts
