Job Summary
Perform advanced programming, configuration, and commissioning of Distech building automation systems; collaborate with engineering, project management, and field technicians to ensure successful project delivery; provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and controls technicians; help establish Distech programming standards and support production-level programming; leverage Niagara Framework and Distech controllers to drive BAS/BMS integration; apply strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to deliver reliable building automation solutions in HVAC and energy-management contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience programming Distech
- Strong proficiency with Niagara Framework and Distech controllers
- Advanced troubleshooting and system integration experience within BAS/BMS environments
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor technical staff
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation best practices
