Distance Learning Lab Facilitator @ J.H. Rose High School

Distance Learning Lab Facilitator responsibilities include supervising students in the Distance Learning Lab during scheduled instructional periods, monitoring attendance and engagement in online coursework, assisting students with online platforms and resources, providing encouragement to maintain academic progress, and communicating course expectations. Also responsible for weekly documentation of student progress, identifying students needing intervention, conducting progress conferences as needed, and coordinating with counselors/administrators. Technology and inventory duties include maintaining equipment inventory (computers, Chromebooks, peripherals), performing routine device checks, coordinating repairs, and keeping records of assignments, repairs, replacements, and incidents. Lab operations involve maintaining a safe, organized learning environment, enforcing school policies, developing procedures to maximize productivity, assisting with student orientation to online systems, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
