Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial profitability. Oversee patient safety, quality assurance, and loss prevention while implementing patient care programs to improve outcomes. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and adapt plans within a dynamic community healthcare setting. This part-time role requires 29 weekly hours and an active pharmacy license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
