Job Summary

Conduct discovery workshops and interviews to map client missions, user ecosystems, and current state journeys. Synthesize research data into compelling stories that frame pain points, define problem statements, and assess change readiness. Develop and deploy communication, pilot, training, and change management plans to mitigate resistance and drive adoption. Measure key performance indicators for transformation success while collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams. Ensure all deliverables meet highest quality standards across government projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience in change management
  • well-versed in change management best practices and models
  • Demonstrated experience in current state assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in future state visioning
  • Demonstrated experience in communication planning
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
  • A natural curiosity for solving problems

  • Experience working in a project-based environment
  • Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in or with the federal government
  • Previous work experience as a consultant
  • Experience in Human-Centered Design / Customer Experience Design
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams including Service Designers, UX and UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, and solution architects
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery framework
