Job Summary

Guide government clients through the Design IntelligenceTM framework by conducting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to map current state journeys and identify resistance. Synthesize research data into compelling stories and presentations that shape transformation enablement, then develop and deploy communication, pilot, and training plans alongside change management strategies. Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams to measure key performance indicators for adoption while integrating change protocols into technological constraints. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards across projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience in change management
  • well-versed in change management best practices and models
  • Demonstrated experience in current state assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in future state visioning
  • Demonstrated experience in communication planning
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
  • A natural curiosity for solving problems

  • Experience working in a project-based environment
  • Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in or with the federal government
  • Previous work experience as a consultant
  • Experience in Human-Centered Design / Customer Experience Design
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams including Service Designers, UX and UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, and solution architects
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery framework
