Job Summary
Dispute Resolution Specialist to handle internal and external SME disputes, manage AFCA files, and collaborate with Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure governance and regulatory-aligned resolutions. Responsibilities include case management of disputes, investigations, mediations, and negotiations on high-risk accounts; compiling and presenting dispute data; delivering high-quality written and verbal responses; and contributing to process and service improvements. Requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and prior SME dispute-resolution experience in financial services or fintech context. Desirable exposure to regulated lending products and liaising with external bodies. Hybrid remote role with North Sydney and Sydney locations in Australia.
Required Qualifications
