Job Summary
Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager responsible for leading the creation of compliant, on-time RFP responses and pitch materials for DLA Piper across Litigation, Regulatory & Government Affairs, Intellectual Property & Technology, and Labor & Employment. Develop and maintain BD content, manage an experience library, and coordinate directory submissions (Chambers, Legal500). Serve as project manager through the proposal lifecycle, draft and format content, tailor responses with client-focused value propositions, and collaborate with attorneys and BD/Marketing colleagues. Includes coaching junior staff, maintaining materials, and leveraging AI to improve processes. Requires strong writing, editing, and PowerPoint skills, client-centric mindset, and ability to work across multiple offices with a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience including directing the project management and development of RFP responses in a professional services environment
- Proven track record in managing multi-practice, multijurisdictional, complex RFP responses
