Job Summary
Dispute Specialist to support merchants’ disputes and assist clients with the re-presentment process and optimizing dispute performance. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing the dispute flow, optimizing internal dispute management procedures while collaborating with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency, and handling ad hoc tasks in a fast-developing, international environment. Requires 2+ years in related disputes/operational roles, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, teamwork, and fluent English; French is a plus. 12-month contract with potential for permanent placement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Claims, Transactional Banking (Disputes & Payment Investigations), or related operational/analytical role
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- French (verbal and written) is an advantage
- SQL
- Python
- experience in chargebacks (advantage)
- Advanced Excel (advantage)
