Job Summary
Dispute Agent for UK and CEE regions focused on end-to-end dispute process in deduction analysis, dispute case management, and resolution. Responsible for raising dispute cases and credit notes, liaising with customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to support dispute resolution and process improvement. Key duties include contacting clients about overdue accounts, performing root-cause analysis on recurring disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams. Requires SAP experience (S4Hana a plus), MS Excel proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. Role starts hybrid in Warsaw, Poland for the first month, then transitions to fully remote with office access in Warsaw. Languages: Advanced English and Polish; experience in OTC or related Finance/Accounting roles and knowledge of order-to-cash processes are advantageous.
