Job Summary
Coordinate delivery personnel and monitor shipments via the monitoring system to ensure Kochboxen are delivered safely and on time. Manage demand planning, oversee sorting and loading processes, and perform full quantity checks on incoming goods. Act as the central contact for drivers while resolving issues in coordination with the customer support team. Requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English, MS Office/G-Suite proficiency, and willingness to work rotating early/late shifts including occasional Saturdays. Located in Langenfeld, this role offers a welcoming team environment with internal training and HelloFresh discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Transportlogistik
