Plan personal and assembly schedules for technicians, then organize workshop workflows and optimize assembly processes. Provide telephone and email support to customers and partners regarding technical issues, while conducting regular quality checks on assemblies and taking over completed work at the Herzogenrath facility. Prepare for device transport, procure consumable materials, and manage orders within the ERP system. The role requires a technical or commercial background with strong technical understanding, reliability, and excellent German skills.
