Job Summary
Disponent and Support role in Herzogenrath: plan personnel and technicians, schedule workshop work, optimize assembly processes, provide telephone and email customer/partner support for technical issues, conduct regular quality checks on assemblies, approve assemblies at the Herzogenrath plant, prepare transports of mounted customer equipment, procure and provide consumables for assemblies, and create and monitor orders in the ERP system. Requires finished technical vocational training (or commercial training with strong technical understanding), reliability, careful work style, customer-facing confidence, teamwork, and very good German with good English; offers a flexible working-time model, strong benefits, and a modern, air-conditioned workspace.
