Conduct independent disposition and processing of national and international traffic for partial and full loads while adhering to quality and cost-oriented criteria. Manage freight space procurement, route utilization, and claims counseling. Serve as the contact point for accepting and dispatching customer orders, overseeing and controlling long-distance transport services. Maintain quality and cost standards while handling reclamation advice and optimizing cargo space for various shipments. Requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in freight forwarding, combined with strong Polish language skills and geographic knowledge.
