Job Summary
Plan and steer production orders for textile manufacturing, coordinating approximately 50 machines and a team of 15–20 employees in Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Align capacities, material availability, and delivery dates while prioritizing orders amidst high variety and shifting priorities. Ensure a stable, transparent planning process by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing existing workflows. Collaborate closely with operations and sales leadership to meet customer deadlines. Work in a stable, medium-sized German company focused on high-quality gift bands and decorative articles.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Disposition oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Materialflässe
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, auch bei hoher Dynamik den Überblick zu behalten
- Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation
